Subscription & Cancellation Policy

The short versionYour subscription renews every 30 days at the price you signed up for. You can skip a delivery, change your products or cancel at any time before your next billing date. No fees, no minimum commitment.

How it works

  • Your first order is charged at checkout.
  • After that, we charge your saved payment method and ship a new order every 30 days.
  • Subscription orders always ship free.
  • We send a reminder email before each renewal.

Managing your subscription

Use the Manage subscription link in your order confirmation or any subscription email to skip, reschedule, change quantity, update your address or payment method, or cancel. You can also email triawellness@outlook.com and we will do it for you.

How to cancel

  1. Open the Manage subscription link in any subscription email, or email us.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription.
  3. You will get an email confirming the cancellation.

To stop the next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. Orders that have already been charged will still ship.

Pricing changes

If we ever change the price of your subscription, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.

Refunds on subscriptions

Your first subscription order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If a renewal was charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will help.
