Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, tell us your decision with a clear statement, for example by email to triawellness@outlook.com, or by post to 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are told of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception: for hygiene and health reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery. Our separate 30-day guarantee still covers opened pouches.
