Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also use Track Order.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or shows delivered but you cannot find it, email triawellness@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier and, where needed, send a replacement.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped.
