Return & Refund Policy

Try Tria for 30 days. If it is not right for you, we will refund the product price, even if the pouch is open.

The short versionEmail us within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number. We refund the product price to your original payment method. No need to send back an opened pouch.

How the 30-day guarantee works

  1. Email triawellness@outlook.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number.
  2. We confirm your request, usually within 1 business day.
  3. We issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What is covered

  • Opened and unopened pouches from your first order of each product.
  • One refund per customer per product. For multi-pouch bundles, the guarantee covers the bundle price.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable, except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returning unopened pouches

If you would like to return unopened pouches, email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong or a damaged item.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

The guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Later orders can be skipped or cancelled any time before they are billed. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
